Daring Greatly™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown.

During the process we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness.

You are invited to examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that are holding you  back and identify the new choices and practices that will move you toward more authentic and wholehearted living.

Our primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.

Are you ready to step into the Arena ?

The physics of vulnerability is simple:

If we are brave enough, often enough, we will fall.

Rising Strong is how we get back up and how owning our stories of struggle gives us the power to write a daring new ending.

Struggle can be our greatest call to courage and the clearest path to a wholehearted life.

"I am imperfect and I am enough" - Authenticity is a daily practice.

Choosing authenticity means: cultivating the courage to be emotionally honest, to set boundaries, and to allow ourselves to be vulnerable; exercising the compassion that comes from knowing that we are all made of strength and struggle and connected to each other through a loving and resilient human spirit; nurturing the connection and sense of belonging that can only happen when we let go of what we are supposed to be and embrace who we are.

Authenticity demands wholehearted living and loving – even when it’s hard, even when we’re wrestling with shame and fear of not being good enough, and especially when the joy is so intense that we’re afraid to let ourselves feel it. Mindfully practicing authenticity during our most soul-searching struggles is how we invite grace, joy, and gratitude into our lives.”
