Saturday 14th December - DIG Deep
We get deliberate and intentional about our lives and in rumbling with the stories, emotions and behaviours that are holding us back in life.
DIG Deep is desgined to deepen and strengthen your practice and is only open to those who have attended previous events hosted by Anna or myself.
Building on the success of our previous Stranded retreats we are delighted to offer this series of three progressive afternoon retreats where you will develop and deepen your practice in mindful-self compassion and in Daring Greatly™, based on the research of Dr Brené Brown.
These retreats are for women and men who want to live brave and compassionate lives. No previous experience or knowledge is required.
Saturday 12th October 12.00pm-5pm - Set Sail
Tools and practices for the Wholehearted journey preparation and map making for the dive.
Saturday 9th November - Jump In
An opportunity to deepen our practice using the teaching of mindful-self compassion and shame resilience.
Every Stranded retreat includes afternoon tea.
Our retreats are planned at times with the tide, to ensure that we will be truly cut off from the main land. There will be a significant time when the crossway is underwater.
